You can enter your trip information here but it is not an automatic process. Trips entered here get sent to the calendar manager who in turn will manually enter the trip into the calendar for you.
Enter your event or trip information below. Items marked with a red * are mandatory. All event/trip submissions are moderated before being placed on the calendar. You will receive an email at the address you provide on the form with your submission after it has been successfully submitted. If you don’t see the email, check your SPAM folder. We’ll try to have your trip online within 24 hours but it is largely dependant on the calendar manager’s schedule and availability.
If you would rather see your event on the calendar immediately, consider signing up for an account and submit the event to the calendar yourself. You’ll be able to manage your event yourself and not rely on the calendar manager to get around to it. You can sign up for or log in to the calendar here.
