Backpack a loop in the Buckhorn Wilderness connecting the Tubal Cain and Dungeness. The entire trip is around 29 miles.
Carpool TBD, leaving Hood Canal Park and Ride (Kitsap side) 6am, 8/24.
8/24
Park Dungeness Trailhead
Head up Dungeness to Marmot Pass and join Tubal Cain at Buckhorn Pass. Continue down Tubal Cain Trail to Tubal Cain Trailhead. Camp at Silver Creek Shelter/campsites at approximately 16 miles.
8/25
Continue the trail on the Gold Creek Trail to Lower Dungeness Trail connecting the loop and finishing at the Dungeness Trailhead parking lot. Approximately 13
No camping permits required
